Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods; where the goods are delivered in several shipments, from the day you acquire possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [LEGAL SELLER NAME], [SERVICE ADDRESS], [EMAIL], [PHONE] — of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, at no cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of sending them back, whichever is earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods for change-of-mind returns. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, or for sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, as provided by law.
